100,000 Digital Housing Units for Southeast and Delta State

The principal attorney of Streetwise Solicitors, Dr. AA Orunkoya, Esq, in his capacity as Investment Attorney for the law firm, represented Prince Arthur Eze, OFR, Chairman of Oranto/Atlas Petroleum, at the groundbreaking ceremony of the Igbo Bu Igbo Bilie Nu Estate project. This initiative is spearheaded by Hand of God Construction Company in collaboration with Igboebinie Plc, and the event was held at Amadeo Event Centre, Enugu.

During the ceremony, the parties witnessed the signing of the 100,000 Housing Units Development Agreement. The development will span all Southeastern states—Enugu, Imo, Anambra, Abia, Ebonyi—as well as Delta State in the South-South region. This ambitious project is set to alleviate housing challenges in the Southeast and offer Igbos in the diaspora the opportunity to own homes in a well-planned, digital estate.

The respective states were represented by their Commissioners for Lands, who formally expressed their support for the initiative. Additionally, key stakeholders including the Federal Mortgage Bank, the Federal Ministry of Finance Incorporated, and other relevant parties were present to associate with and endorse the project.
